We service your vehicle to its manufacturer's schedule — for all makes, with an entry in the service book. The manufacturer's warranty is retained: an independent workshop may carry out servicing as long as it works to the schedule and uses suitable parts.

Determine the scope
We look up which work the manufacturer specifies for your model at this mileage — minor or major service, with or without additional items.
The inspection
Fluids, filters, brakes, tyres, lights, suspension, cambelt or timing chain depending on mileage — by checklist, not by feel.
Consultation
If anything turns up beyond the service schedule, we call before doing it. You decide what gets done.
Service book
The work carried out is documented and entered in the service book. At resale that is worth real money.

Will I lose the manufacturer's warranty if I don't go to a main dealer?
No. You may have servicing carried out at an independent workshop as long as the work follows the manufacturer's schedule and suitable spare parts are used. That is the case with us.
How often do I need a service?
The manufacturer specifies this — usually every 15,000 to 30,000 kilometres or once a year, whichever comes first. Many newer vehicles report the interval themselves.
What is the difference between a minor and a major service?
A minor service essentially covers an oil change, filters and a visual check. A major one adds items such as air and cabin filters, spark plugs, brake fluid and a detailed suspension check.
Can I combine the service with the vehicle inspection?
Yes, and it usually makes sense: whatever turns up during the service can be put right before the inspection. Just say so when booking.
How long does a service take?
A minor service is usually done the same day. For a larger scope, or if parts have to be ordered, we allow more time and tell you in advance.
