Process
So you know what you are getting into – before you book.
We check which specification and viscosity your manufacturer prescribes. The wrong oil can do real damage in a modern engine with a particulate filter.
Drain the old oil, renew the oil filter and sealing ring, fill with fresh oil and check the level.
While the vehicle is on the lift anyway, we take a quick look at leaks, brakes and tyres. We tell you what we notice.
The service display is reset and the change documented.

Yes, always. An old filter in fresh oil would defeat the purpose — the collected dirt goes straight back into circulation.
That is possible, do mention it. What matters is that it carries the approval for your engine; otherwise we would advise against it.

If the red oil pressure light comes on while driving, the engine is losing oil pressure. Pull over, switch off the engine and call us — driving on can destroy the engine.
